ABOUT
Sam Nolan is an experienced, ARB and RIBA registered architect with a demonstrated history
of working in the architecture, planning and construction industry and a proven track record in
the project management and delivery of construction projects.
Sam studied at Greenwich University and Westminster University in Central London and went
on to work in commercial practice in London. He has spent time working as an Architect in
Australia and in the British Overseas Territory of Bermuda before finally settling to start a family
in North Devon.
With 20 years industry experience and over 15 years post qualification experience working as an
Architect in commercial practice Sam's project experience covers a variety of sectors including
residential, commercial, leisure, education and conservation and have been for a range of client
bodies, from private individuals to large UK volume house builders and developers, charities and
government bodies.

Sam has a thorough knowledge and a large amount of experience of all stages of construction
projects, excellent working relationships with Local Planning Authorities, Building Control
Surveyors and a wide network of contacts with local building contractors and subcontractors
and suppliers.
